Allow me to challenge you to get and stay emotionally healthy. 


This isn't for the weak of heart. It's hard. 

Let me explain. It takes a Lion's courage and determination to digest and apply much of what's here. I was personally desperate, willing to do anything to heal - and properly. I determined I was going to be healthy and ready for the next chapter in my life. I'm sharing what I did with raw challenge and expectation.

Need restoration? Please take a moment to be present in the hurt right now and think about how it crushes your soul, your will, your dreams, your desires, your identity as a person. Feel it completely. Let it hurt, and as you FEEL IT, start to think about what you're willing to do to restore yourself. What would you do to not feel this pain? What if I told you that you can get past this and be better for the experience?? You can.

 I would have said it's impossible when I was watching my own perfect life fall apart.

Relationship falling apart? Whether your relationship can be restored or not is irrelevant. Why? Because the steps you must take are the same. And your focus is the same. It's difficult to process this now... and difficult to understand what it means to get better for you instead of someone else. Heal and love yourself first. You'll have to learn how to depend on yourself before you will ever be ready for anyone else. You have the strength. Let's go find it.

Take the long view of this situation and know that no storm lasts forever. Let's plan and work NOW to do the work needed to get better. You'll get out of it what you put into it. The higher the commitment the faster the recovery.

Here's what's involved. 

Take 20 minutes and read through the content under the pages MindBody, and Soul. Read the affirmations out loud. (5 minutes) Read the scripture. (10 minutes) Go exercise. (15-45 minutes) e.g. cardio - anything at this point. Read the page on Breakup if you're struggling with a broken relationship and start new habits now. Download the first audiobook, Shaken by Tim Tebow. Listen to it and anything positive 24/7 whether you are paying attention to it or not. Go to sleep with positive books/podcasts/music playing. Protect your mind.

Yesterday does not define you. Right now your life is a set of variables and circumstances. They do not define you. Only you can do that. Reach deep, and start that long journey to be healthy and live an amazing life. This year can be your year of progress and growth. Embrace it. Let's get it done.
